Patient medication education practices in Taiwanese hospitals

The Pharmacist Law in Taiwan was amended in 2007, to hold pharmacists responsible for pharmacotherapeutic outcomes. The amendment legally binds pharmacists in providing medication counseling to patients. This study describes the practice of patient medication education in Taiwan, 5 years after this amendment, and to highlight examples The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
