Renal transplant patients have to take many medications for a long time, especially for immunosuppressants. Non-compliance with immunosuppressants may result in allograft rejection and is regarded as an important impediment to post-transplant care. This study provided the experience of pharmaceutical care in renal transplant.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
