Introduction: The post marketing surveillance of vaccine is very important. Here, we describe an anaphylactic shock induced by measles vaccine. Method: A 9-month-old baby girl was very well in growth and development. She was brought to our hospital for a scheduled well-baby visit. Unfortunately, a sudden onset weakness with cyanotic appearance..
