Our previous work aimed at analyzing the effect of an adherence intervention program in uncontrolled hypertensive patients. The intervention consisted in electronic monitoring of prescribed antihypertensive treatment along with one-on-one interview between patient and pharmacist prior to each usual medical check-up.
