Pullulan and dextran is well-known exopolysaccharides with numerous applications. The physicochemical properties of these polysaccharides are suitable for multiple applications in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries [1]. The copper(II) ion complexes with reduced polysaccharides pullulan and dextran an average molar mass 5000-10000 g/mol,..
