  Background : Gentamicin(GM) has narrow therapeutic index and therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM) has been proven to be beneficial for optimal therapy. In fact, the prescriber easy negligence on therapeutic drug monitoring of Gentamicin. We construct an alert prompt for patient continue use GM for 7 days in computerized physician order entry system..
