Background: missed antibiotic doses is a serious medication problem, it poses immediate and future risks to patients. Aim: To asses the extent of missed antibiotic doses and carry out stepwise interventions to control it.
Method: The Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) method of introducing change was used: first, pharmacists performed a medication check.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
