Aim:Multidrug resistance(MDR) has been a major problem in cancer chemotherapy.Many factors contribute to the happening of MDR.The development of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor could be effective to MDR.The aim of this study was to observe the effects of GP,an ginkgo polyprenol, on the inhibition of P-gp function and P-gp-mediated MDR in K562/DOX..
