In the drug development and leading candidate selection investigation of the drug-membrane partitioning is a very critical step since it directly reflects the absorption of the drug from different biological barriers including small intestine or blood brain barrier. Several methods have been developed through out the past years for the prediction.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
