Background
Clinical responses to oral tramadol show a large variation in cancer patients.Methods
Seventy Japanese cancer patients treated with oral tramadol were enrolled. The predose plasma concentrations of tramadol and its desmethylates were determined at day 4 or later after starting the medication. CYP2D6, CYP2B6, and CYP3A5 genotypes, serum..
