Present study deals with an attempt to improve bioavailability of norfloxacin, which has very low bioavailability of 30%. Although it undergoes very low first pass metabolism, the rate at which the drug is absorbed is also slow. Furthermore, norfloxacin has solubility at pH lower than 5 and pH higher than 10. Thus an attempt was made to increase.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
