  • Abstract:

Present study deals with an attempt to improve bioavailability of norfloxacin, which has very low bioavailability of 30%. Although it undergoes very low first pass metabolism, the rate at which the drug is absorbed is also slow. Furthermore, norfloxacin has solubility at pH lower than 5 and pH higher than 10. Thus an attempt was made to increase..
