Aims:
To ensure successful treatment, HIV patients must maintain a very high degree of adherence over time. However, many patients encounter barriers to adherence and need support. Patients experiencing problems with antiretroviral treatment (ART) are referred to a pharmacist team specialized in adherence and trained in motivational interviewing..
