Pharmacy practice is evolving to incorporate a patient-centred approach to the scientific background. Pharmacy audits reaching concordance between the practicing pharmacist and the auditor to the benefit of the patient are envisaged.
An audit tool for CPRAs was developed and implemented in 85 routine CPRAs (January-November 2017).. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
