BackgroundTo prepare learners for clinical practice, health profession programs must ensure students have the appropriate teamwork knowledge and skills prior to entering the fast-paced clinical environment. However, it is difficult to efficiently and accurately assess evolving team performance.
Methods90 teams of eight 1st and 2nd year students.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
