A pH-dependent drug delivery system was developed by using three kinds of pH-dependent polymers. Lercanidipine HCl, a dihydropyridine calcium antagonist, was selected as it is poorly water soluble drug. To improve its dissolution rate, pH-dependent drug delivery system for lercanidipine HCl having a solid dispersed matrix structure was developed...
