    Aims: To evaluate the outcomes of drug interaction between the phenytoin and valproic acid. Methods: The inpatients’ blood levels of these two drugs, phenytoin (PHT) and valproic acid (VAP), at Tri-Service General Hospital from Jan 2001 to Oct 2003 were evaluated.
