    Methods

    Filled and programmed iPrecio® SMP-300 pumps, obtained from an in vivo study, were placed into test tubes with isotonic saline solution, at 37 ºC. The isotonic saline solution was replaced every 24 hours, for a period of 23 days. During the study, active pumps were used to replace empty devices. The volume released from the pumps was 10 µL
