    Methods

    This prospective trial enrolled subjects who visited the renal transplant clinic for KTRs follow-up from 2008 through 2016. Statistics KTRs clinical pharmacist in kidney transplant outpatient pharmaceutical care record interviews with medication guide. Adherence was measured from Medication Adherence Questionnaire.
