    Methods

    We conducted a cross-sectional survey of parents of 0–3 years old children in all the 6 districts in the major urban centre of Xi’an in November 2016. The previously developed and validated survey tool—the Parent Attitudes About Childhood Vaccines (PACV) survey—was modified and used. The survey contains 18 items in three content domains..
