      This study was conducted in Chest ward in a medical center in Taiwan. An qualified clinical pharmacist interventions include two visits. When a patient was prescribed with inhaler,pharmacist would give patient inhaler training activities in the bedside (1st visit). Pharmacist provided second visit to reassess patient before patient..
