BackgroundContradictory results on the Effectiveness and Safety of medicines have been published in JAMA and BMJ, and other medical journals. Making editors hesitant in accepting observational studies for publication.
PurposeThe purpose of these studies is to examine methods to strengthen the validity of observational studies.
