    Methods

A before-after study was carried out for 3 months in 124 community pharmacies. The service consists of discussing with the patient the use of his drug regimen and looking with him for strategies to improve adherence if needed. The impact was evaluated by analyzing drug-related problems and interventions, as reported by the pharmacists.
