    Methods

    HepG2C8 cells were treated for 5 days in the presence 1.25 μM THSG or DMSO vehicle in medium with 1% FBS. The medium was changed every other day. The cells were harvested and continued procedures for analyses to see the alterations in the expression profile of Nrf2 and epigenetic.
