BackgroundLJ-2698 is a highly potent human A3 adenosine receptor (hA3 AR) antagonist with nucleoside structure, which was designed to have a minimal species dependence. While there is relatively abundant information on the pharmacological activities of A3 AR agonists/antagonists, their pharmacokinetic properties have not been reported.
