BackgroundVarious parameters effect Supercritical anti-solvent (SAS) process, which was utilized to produce tadalafil solid dispersion submicron particles.
PurposeThe purpose of this study is determining patterns of SAS processing parameters (temperature, pressure, and drug concentration) that could improve dissolution rate.
MethodsThe SAS process.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
