    Background

     The current study is to predict anti-tuberculosis drugs induced hepatotoxicity by using artificial neural network (ANN), support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF). The three tools are bioprospecting techniques currently applied to many complex and non-liner issues with good predictive rate.
