Aims The research is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chronically applying MMF and to ascertain whether reducing the dose of cyclosporine can lower nephrotoxicity. Methods This report analyzes the information of the patients undergoing heart transplantation from May 1995 to October 2003, who were first treated by AZA and then MMF..
