Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) are a major clinical problem accounting for a great deal of morbidity, mortality and are a drain on healthcare resources. ADRs can generally be divided into on-target and off target reactions. Both types of ADRs have a genetic predisposition, but the quantitative contribution of genetic vs. non-genetic factors.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
