The practice of genotype-guided personalized healthcare requires the translation of an individual’s genetic makeup into rational clinical decision-making. Pharmacogenomics serves as the foundation for the most clinically advanced applications of genome-guided medicine at different scenarios. Pharmacists can now predict a patient’s unique response.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
