  • Abstract:

Aim: To Improve the solubility and in vitro dissolution of Coenzyme Q10 from binary solid dispersions using poloxamer 407.

Methods: Phase solubility behavior of coenzyme Q10 at 25ËšC in various molar solutions of poloxamer 407 in water was observed and their binary solid dispersions at different weight ratios were prepared. Binary solid..
