  • Abstract:

    Purpose: Compounding extemporaneous powder formulation for pediatric patients was a common practice in Taiwan. Risks existed in the preparing process including contamination and uncertain stability of these formulations. The current medical use pattern should be reassessment and a new guideline should be established. Method: Two strategies
