Background: The area under the concentration time curve (AUC) and peak plasma concentration (Cmax) are the exposure parameters used for bioequivalence (BE) assessment. The estimation of AUC and Cmax requires serial blood sampling and quantification which is time-consuming and expensive.
Aims: This study evaluated the feasibility of using a single.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
