Background: Acute lung injury (ALI) is a clinical syndrome mainly causes by gram-negative bacteria but by far an effective therapeutic medicine remains absent.
Aims:The aim of this study was to verify the protective mechanism of EGb761 via MAPK and Akt pathways on LPS-induced ALI in in vivo animal model.
Methods: EGb761 is a standardized extract.. The access to the whole abstract and the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
