    I.Pharmacists are most likely to be appointed as pharmacy managers, as early as two years after graduation, due to the shortage of pharmacists in South Africa. As lecturer, I experienced that students did not realise the importance of a management module and that they have difficulty integrating theory and practice or where/how management fit in..
