    Diabetes is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide with over 220 million sufferers. Pharmacists have now become more involved in the clinical care of patients, with medication reviews, counselling and more recently as independent prescribers.To develop and implement a pharmaceutical care package for Type 2 diabetes patients
