    AIM: To describe the planning, implementation and evolution of a community pharmacy practice in a not-for-profit health center located in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. METHODS: The considerations for starting a pharmacy practice will be explored including an analysis of patient mix, insurance programs to pay for drugs, capitation risk for HIV/AIDS
