Metoclopramide hydrochloride is a substituted benzamide derivative used for its
prokinetic and antiemetic. Drugs have a natural bitter taste that can
create a burning feeling in the throat or in the mouth, decrease the patient Compliance
thus reducing an effective pharmacotherapy.
