Background
Medication review (MR) is a widely accepted approach known to have a substantial impact on patients’ pharmacotherapy. However, this pharmaceutical care service is not yet available in Belgium.Methods
The MR, performed within the pilot study, consisted of six steps: patient inclusion, review of dispensing data, patient interview, analysis, .. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
