Background
Nucleic acid amplification is the most sensitive and specific method to detect (HCV) .However the polymerase chain reaction remains laboratory-based and has to be conducted by trained personnel , needs expensive equipment and can't be applied as point-of-care test .Methods
The new method depends on Recombinase Polymerase Amplification.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
