Background
Intercultural competency training in healthcare curriculum allows students to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes, in working with diverse populations.Methods
First-year pharmacy and PT students completed the WICS survey to self-assess their intercultural skills using a situational judgement testing approach. The 16-item Likert scale..
