There has been a lack of pharmacists for many decades in Norway. This is partly due to a significant increase in the number of pharmacies because of the deregulation of the pharmacy marked. The deregulation gave certain new guidelines: free establishment and free ownership. The Norwegian authorities gives authorization every year to the same.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
