I studied pharmacy at Portsmouth School of Pharmacy and graduated in 1983.
I opened my own pharmacy, Copes Pharmacy, in Streatham High Road in 1986. In early 2004, I was one of the first pharmacists to qualify as a supplementary prescriber from Kings College, London. I qualified as an independent prescriber in June 2007.
