    Team-based Learning is used as a teaching strategy to engage students for promoting self-directed learning and adaptability for problem-solving. Retention of information is based on multiple tools:  active teaching, practice, discussion, demonstration, audio-visual, reading and lecture.  Team-based learning employs a variety of these
