  • Abstract:

    Background

    Aceclofenac has been used widely as a potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug. Aceclofenac is converted to its major  metabolites via CYP2C9-mediated hydroxylation and hydrolysis.

    Purpose

    The main purpose of this study was to develop a pharmacokinetic model reflecting the metabolic pathway of aceclofenac using a compartmental modeling..
