In December 2013 Uruguay approved a law that regulates the trade of marijuana. This regulation allows legal production and distribution of marijuana for recreational use and Community Pharmacies become retail selling points. Up to present (15th February 2017) marijuana’s selling in Pharmacies has not begun and there is not a date set to start,.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
