  • Abstract:

    Microdose (1.25mg) Captopril therapy is commonly used and the drug is currently extemporaneously compounded in our hospital. Two kinds of starch, Analytical Reagent (AR) and Extra-pure Reagent (ER), are used in outpatient and inpatient formulations respectively. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum amount and type of starch
