  • Abstract:

    Grape pomace is an industrial waste from the wine production and consists basically of grape seed, skin and stems. A high usability of grape pomace is obtained by the extraction of pharmacological usable substances from these by-products, like antioxidant components. Grape pomace is characterized by high contents of phenolic compounds
