Paraquat (PQ) as a bipyridyl compound is widely used as an effective herbicide which produces reactive oxygen species (ROS) which can affect the unsaturated lipids of cell membranes leading to cell mortality. N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) is a medication which has a beneficial role in reducing the intoxication of lung caused by PQ. Niosomes are bilayer..
