A training programme that empowers FIP members to build leadership identity and skills and plan their future career development with confidence is the first pharmacists professional development programme to be awarded the FIP Seal, under the federation’s Provision and Partnerships Programme.
The programme is being delivered under a new partnership between FIP and Curriculo Solutions, a UK-based training company specialising in leadership and management skills development and career management. The partnership and the new training programme, titled “Pharmacists for the future”, were announced today at a FIP Digital Event. “We are delighted to announce this collaboration with Curriculo and FIP’s Young Pharmacists Group to support our members in developing the personal, social and professional skills that provide a strong foundation for leadership. This programme aligns with FIP Development Goal 9 (Continuing professional development strategies),” said Dalia Bajis, FIP lead for provision and partnerships.
