In Nigeria, of over 2,000 new pharmacy graduates annually, almost half face severe, disenfranchising challenges with appropriate employment, forcing them into other health and non-health sectors or migration to other countries. To stem this exodus, the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria launched the Pharmacists Leadership Stimulant..
